1. Helping Others First:
Help others before you help yourself.
2. Universal Love:
We must practice universal love; we should love all living beings, whether human or animal. We need to love people regardless of their race, gender, sexual preferences, age, shape, status, form, ability, nationality, or beliefs.
3. Unconditional Love:
We must practice unconditional love; we must love every person, no matter what they have done or failed to do. This means loving the murderer, the rapist, the thief, and the felon.
4. Selfless Love:
Love others more than you love yourself.
5. Non-Violence:
You must avoid causing any physical harm to all Living Beings, including yourself. This means you should not harm humans or animals. If you have to kill animals or consume meat, do so only when there is no other option. And if you keep animals for food, treat them humanely. If you kill them for food, ensure their death is quick and painless.
6. Equality of All Living Beings:
All living beings are equal, regardless of differences in race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual preferences, age, shape, size, social status, ability, and beliefs. You must accept that human beings are not superior or better than other creatures and that no creature is superior or better than another.
7. Higher Purpose:
Purpose is what gives every life meaning. You must find your higher purpose in life and then live and practice that higher purpose. Your higher purpose must be unselfish, and greater than you, and it must involve serving others. Your higher purpose will enrich your life and the lives of others. You must determine what your higher purpose is and begin to live it.
8. Avoid Materialism:
Do not acquire more than you need. Give away what you do not need. Practice anti-materialism. Your actions should be driven by love and compassion for others, not by the pursuit of material possessions. Most of your time should be spent on activities that improve the lives of others rather than just your own.
9. God Has No Color:
God has no color; God is not white, black, brown, yellow, or any other shade.
10. God Does Not Have a Human or Animal Form: God does not resemble humans. God is not shaped like a man, a woman, or any animal. God is formless and has no physical form - God is like light.
11. God is Neither Male Nor Female:
God has no gender.
12. Gender Equity:
Men are not better than women or superior to women, and women are not better or superior to men.
13. Guardians of the Earth (Elohi):
We are all guardians of the Earth. We must work to preserve it for future generations. We must treat all animal life, trees, and plants with respect.
We must protect the environment and avoid unnecessary exploitation and harm to it. We must live sustainably. If we farm, we must do so as sustainably as possible. We must promote biodiversity and preserve ecosystems.
14. Counter-Racism:
We must promote love and harmony among all races. We all need to work together to end racism.
15. Daily Charity:
Every day, we should practice charity (Císhàn). Showing charity adds value to others' lives. It doesn't have to be financial or material; we can practice charity by encouraging others, offering a smile, a compliment, or a kind word. We can provide support by being a shoulder to lean on or a listening ear. Showing charity also includes visiting or comforting the sick, praying for those in need, and comforting those who are grieving or in despair.
16. Anti-bigotry:
We must practice tolerance toward others' beliefs. We must accept that no single path is the only way to God. Various routes lead to Elohim. We must accept people who hold different views, look and act differently from us, or belong to other social groups.
17. Duality:
We must accept the presence of duality (Ẹ̀mejì) in life. Everything in the known and unknown universe exists in duality: good and evil, life and death, prey and predator, the young and the old, the known and the unknown, the past and the present, and so on.
18. Disintermediation:
All humans have direct access to Elohim (God) and do not need to go through an intercessor, intermediary, saint, or prophet to connect with God. This principle is known as Gisha Yeshira.
19. Pursuit of Enlightenment:
We must all seek enlightenment (Nuhra) as our main earthly goal and aim for elevation (Ruma) for our souls after death. We can achieve enlightenment through prayer and meditation.
20: Pursuit of Elevation:
We must accept that the soul’s primary purpose is to seek elevation. When we reach elevation, we enter one of the Heavens, and our soul escapes the cycle of birth-death-rebirth called Kuklos. The way to attain elevation is by helping others, not harming them, and balancing out our negative deeds.
21. Planes of Consciousness:
There are multiple planes of consciousness and existence. Several levels of Heaven exist, with the highest being Septem. There is no Hell where people burn in flames for eternity. What some might call “Hell” is actually the lowest plane of consciousness.
22. Actions and Consequences:
Every action you take has a positive or negative effect on your soul. When you do things that harm others or yourself, you reduce your chances of attaining elevation. When you do things that help others, you increase your chances of attaining elevation.
23. Unconditional Forgiveness:
No matter what others have done to you, you must forgive them. You must also forgive yourself for what you have done to others.
24. Light Bearers:
We must be beacons of light to the world. You must be a force of light and goodness. As Light Bearers, we must practice and promote love, peace, harmony, tolerance, kindness, morality, and enlightenment.
25. The Nature of God:
God is infinite, eternal, immanent, and transcendent. God is omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient. God is always compassionate, loving, and forgiving.
26. The Nature of Humanity:
We are all capable of good or evil. We are born with an innate sense of morality. Our environment can either enhance or erode this sense of morality.
27. The Nature of the Soul:
The soul (atma) is sempiternal—our souls have a beginning but no end. Our souls exist within time but never truly end; they are indestructible and last forever.
